The First International ATOR and CIS Congress "Secrets of Mastery: How I Do It. The First International Congress of the Association of Traumatologists and Orthopedists of Russia and CIS Countries is aimed at strengthening international cooperation in the field of traumatology and orthopedics to advance research and develop new treatment methods for patients with musculoskeletal disorders.

APPLY TO PARTICIPATE

Record a video demonstrating your work within one or several of the Congress's key topics: endoprosthetics, arthroscopy, vertebrology.
We are looking for videos that reveal how you meet complex challenges in the operating room: your personal approach, technical nuances, key techniques you take pride in. Share your professional perspective and unique experience that could inspire colleagues and set new directions for the entire industry.
Your video is an opportunity not just to show a surgery, but to tell a story of mastery. Please demonstrate what makes your work to be exceptional and become part of the community of leaders shaping the future of the field.

Video Format Requirements:
- Resolution: 1920×1080.
- Orientation: Horizontal (16:9 aspect ratio).
- Tip: For the sharpest and steadiest footage when filming with a smartphone, please use a tripod.
Lighting and Background:
- Lighting: Please film in a well-lit space (e.g., office, operating room).
- Composition: The person in the frame should occupy 30-40% of the total image area.
Audio:
- Microphone: Please use a directional microphone for clean and clear audio.
- Post-Production: Please enhance the audio track if necessary.
- Tip: Please record in a quiet room to avoid background noise, creaks, and echo.
Duration:
