  • Video Format Requirements:
    • Resolution: 1920×1080.
    • Orientation: Horizontal (16:9 aspect ratio).
    • Tip: For the sharpest and steadiest footage when filming with a smartphone, please use a tripod.
  • Lighting and Background:
    • Lighting: Please film in a well-lit space (e.g., office, operating room).
    • Composition: The person in the frame should occupy 30-40% of the total image area.
  • Audio:
